Mix marinade with 2 cups of water. Submerge up to 2 pounds of UNSEASONED meat/seafood in the mixture, allow to soak for a minimum of 15 minutes. Remove meat/seafood from liquid before cooking.
If frying food, coat meat/seafood with our Cajun Fry for perfectly seasoned food. Cajun Marinade replaces the traditional egg batter when frying food.
If not frying food, cook as usual for perfectly seasoned food.
