Born and raised in Ville Platte Louisiana, Neal grew up immersed in the Cajun traditions of hunting, fishing, and of course, cooking. Neal is a business man who lives and works in Evangeline Parish, but his greatest pleasure is to prepare delicious meals for his family and friends.
