Our Chili Mix has the perfect amount of seasoning and flavor, so do not season meat prior to cooking.
To help eliminate heartburn, put tomato sauce in pot first, cook to remove the acidity of the tomato sauce, then add 2 pounds UNSEASONED ground beef/turkey, when meat is cooked, add Chili Mix and 2 cups of water. Simmer for about 30 minutes or to desired consistency.
